Delivery costs a flat €50 everywhere on Menorca, regardless of the destination or order size.

You choose the delivery date and time slot at checkout — the calendar only offers slots we can actually drive. The delivery season opens on 01/04/2027, so the earliest slot you can book is on that date.

Same-day delivery is optional and carries a €25 express fee, subject to a free slot on the day.

Every day from 10:00 – 02:00 during the season (April – September; closed October – March). +€25 night surcharge for slots after midnight (00:00 – 02:00).

Yes. On the checkout you get a calendar with all available days and time slots — just tap the one you want and we lock it in.

No account needed. You only need a working phone number so we can confirm the order and coordinate the handover.

Strictly 18+. The driver may ask for photo ID on handover.

Cash on delivery (after a short phone verification), bank transfer and cryptocurrency.

It depends on the method. Bank transfer and crypto are paid up front before dispatch. Cash is paid to the driver on delivery.

Yes. Drivers arrive in plain vehicles and packaging is unmarked. We contact you only about your own order.

We only store what is needed to process and deliver your order, and we never sell or share customer data. Our privacy policy explains what is kept and how to request deletion.

Yes. We are a Menorca-based delivery team operating across the island during the season, from April – September. We are not a reseller and not an app that connects you to random dealers.
